Shipping Delays Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic

  • Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5 business days before shipment. Many items will be made as the order is received, and we have fewer staff members available to make each item, currently. It's also possible the item is ready in house and will ship right away.
  • You may also experience shipping delays via your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, etc). Some items may not arrive by the estimated delivery date. This is typically due to a reduction in staff on the part of our carriers, as well.
  • If you have an order that you would need rushed, please check with us by calling (843) 813-0433 before placing the order, to assure we are able to get the item out in the necessary timeframe.
  • Of course, above all, your patience is appreciated more than ever these days. We are working as hard as we can to get things out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your support!

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All orders are shipped in the order they are received
  • Shipping hours are: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm EST
  • Please allow up to 2 days for your orders to ship, regardless of shipping speed, as some of our items are made to order
  • We primarily use USPS or UPS to ship our orders.
  • Once your order leaves J. Stark, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the carrier
  • J. Stark will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping
